Cylindrical roller bearings double-row are one of the variants available in our range of solutions with wide applications not only in the industrial, automotive, and machinery sectors but also in other segments where quality and efficiency are valued. The specificity of double-row bearings is their characteristic structure, which determines the practical applications of the bearings. Noteworthy are the two rows of rollers, the spherical raceway on the outer ring, and two additional raceways on the inner ring. The positioning of individual elements at the appropriate angle relative to the bearing axis guarantees the possibility of angular deflections of the shaft.

Double row tapered roller bearings can operate under both radial and axial loads. An advantage is their ability to carry axial loads acting in both directions, which is directly related to the application of the bearing. Their construction is manufactured in accordance with the applicable standards recognized in European countries. In our offer, we provide bearings with a cylindrical bore and a tapered bore with a taper of 1:12. Additionally, bearings from the 240 and 241 series are also available, whose taper bore is marked as K30 and features a taper of 1:30.
The assembly process of double row tapered roller bearings on tapered shafts, using pulled and pressed sleeves, is also significant. To secure the construction of the components used and to enhance important properties during operation, these bearings undergo a special heat treatment, which guarantees safety in use even at temperatures of +200°C. Maintaining dimensional stability, these elements will certainly ensure satisfaction tailored to individual needs and preferences. It is also worth noting that thermal stabilization does not guarantee effective operation of the bearing at elevated temperatures. This process requires additional actions, including increased internal radial clearance. An exception is made for bearings equipped with a nylon cage, as exposure to such extremely high temperatures could lead to serious structural deficiencies.
Double row tapered roller bearings, also known as transverse bearings, stand out due to their specific operation thanks to their design. They are self-aligning, which allows them to successfully compensate for slight misalignments of the shaft relative to the bearing housing. The mounting process of the bearing conditions its final application and maintenance process. The purpose of this type of bearing is to ensure uninterrupted operation, particularly at increased rotational speeds. The higher the speed, the greater the need to ensure minimal radial load so that the bearing can guarantee reliable performance and efficiency.
