Bearings equipped with rubber seals of the 2RS type feature double-sided contact sealing. As a result, the bearing responds very well to moisture and prevents corrosion, making it suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +110°C. An additional advantage of using a special lithium-based grease is the appropriate adjustment of its quantity, ensuring that the bearing is filled in the free space according to the dimensions and properties of the specific component without the risk of shortages or excess grease. Moreover, the designs are lubricated for their entire lifespan, thus requiring no monitoring and minimizing additional actions. The bearing, closed on both sides with rubber, consists of an appropriate ring that is excellent for high rotational speeds and for transferring radial loads.
